Fitness After 40

Yes this is possible and it’s never too late to start!

I began my fitness journey a few years back when I became an empty nester.

Time for me I thought! What started as a cardio fitness craze later turned into a great balance on strength, cardio and endurance training. All of my training has transferred over to making life easier on a functional and emotional level.

What began as a fitness journey has turned into a lifestyle change to simply live a long healthy life through proper nutrition and exercise.

Messages around aging may lead us to believe it’s time to slow down, our hearts can’t withstand much stress and we aren’t capable of exercising. While we may not be able to do what we did at 20, we can still move, exercise and be strong.

Together we can fight the challenges of muscle mass decline, loss of flexibility and mobility as we age!
